How do I know what my physical therapy coverage is?

You can find out what your physical therapy benefits are by contacting your insurance company. There will be a customer service number on the back of your insurance card that will connect you to your plans customer service department.  Some insurance companies may allow you to access your benefits through their website. Redmond Physical Therapy encourages all patients to verify their insurance benefits before the first physical therapy appointment. Below is a list of important questions that we suggest you ask your insurance company prior to receiving physical therapy.
