Craig received his undergraduate education at Seattle Pacific University. He completed his Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine. Craig is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist  (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association as well as Manual Therapy Certified (MTC) through the University of St Augustine.
