Redmond supports the ESR Invitational.

ESR

Pineapple Classic Redmond Physical Therapy supported the annual Winter Pineapple Classic. It is a 5k run with obstacles that benefits The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The second annual event took place this year at Magnuson Park and had over 1,750 participants. The Hawaiian-themed event is designed to be fun but also competitive and challenging. After the run a post-event party is held which includes a free luau for all participants.
RHS TunnelRHS Logo Ben & Sara Wobker donate scholarships to Redmond High School at RHS halftime ceremony. The LWSD has increased the after school fee for sports and activities to $275.00 per season. Contact RHS to donate to the general activity scholarship fund. Ph: 425 498-7130
425Magazine Best Of

Ben Wobker was voted as the top Physical Therapist by 425 Magazine on Seattle's Eastside for 2009. Thanks to all our current and former patient's that voted for him.

Mandie in Chile

Mandie just returned from 3 weeks with the US SKi team in Chile. She served as the team Physical Therapist and even got a few turns in herself. Mandie heads out to Antarctica Saturday, September 20th. Mandie will be the head Physical Therapist at the Antarctic Research Station. Good Luck Mandie and stay warm.

Eastside Runners Logo

Redmond Physical Therapy signs on to support the eastside runners group.

The Eastside Runners is the premier running club on the Eastside of Lake Washington, since 1980. Eastside Runners is a club for every kind of runner. ESR consists of individuals and families that range from recreational runners interested in socializing to serious runners interested in improving their running performance. All ages are welcome, from babes in jogging strollers to senior citizens. More Info (click here)

 

Redmond Football Ben & Sara Wobker donate scholarships to RHS. With the increase in fees for high school athletes they felt it necessary to give back to the local high school. Ben is a RHS alumni and played multiple sports while in the Lake Washington School District.
Rock'n Roll Redmond PT Rock'n Roll Marathon
Ben and Eva participated in the event which supported several local charities. This was the first Rock'n Roll in Seattle and had over 20,000 runners raising awareness for several charities. For more information click here.
Redmond Hawk walk 2009 Hawk Walk 2009
Ken and Clyde gave out information regarding musculoskeletal injuries and caught up with friends and former patients. The Hawk Walk happens annually to support the Redmond Elementary PTSA.
St Patty's Day in Snuggies St. Patty's Day Run 2009
Redmond PT competed in the St. Patty's day run in March of 2009. This was another great benefit that helps the Detlef Schrempf foundation.
Hopelink Promotion Hopelink Food Drive 2009
Hopelink holiday can drive. Redmond PT helped raise awareness and over 1200lbs of food in 2009 for the local charity.
Jingle Bell Run 2008
Redmond Physical Therapy completed the jingle bell run to support the Arthristis foundation.
Diabetes ADA Walk 2008
Redmond Physical Therapy proudly walked during the "Step Out" against diabetes campaign. This is the 3rd year RPT has been involved in the campaign which helps to develop research on both the pharmaceutical and lifestyle ends of the disease. Breast Cancer 3 day 3-Day Breast Cancer Walk 2008

Remond Physical Therapy co-sponsored the Footzone 5K in August for the 5th consecutive year.

Furry 5K Furry 5K 2008
Redmond Physical Therapy participates in the furry 5K to help benefit Seattle's Animal Shelters. Over a thousand runners and estimated 400 dogs!
Seattle Works Seattle Works 2008
Redmond Physical Therapy sponsors Seattle Works. This is a non-profit group that helps clean up the greater Seattle area. This year the team was at Seward park in South Seattle battling black berry bushes.
Hawk Walk 08 Hawk Walk 2008
Redmond PT participated in the 2008 Hawk Walk to Support Redmond Elementary; Saturday April 26th, 2008 @ Redmond Town Center. RPT gave out information, frisbees, and once again teamed up with dedicated local businesses to support the Lake Washington School District. This was the biggest Hawk Walk/Run ever!

Redmond Physical Therapy attended the Eastlake High for Eastlake Invite with a treatment tent.

Footzone

DAWG DASH 2007:
RPT ran the Dawg Dash 10K (Sept 15th) in support of the UW Aluni association. There were approx 300 dogs and 2000 runners. This is a great event and had good energy on campus and an enthusiastic turn out.

AMDA

AMERICAN DIABETES ASSOCIATION WALK 2007:
RPT walked to support research for diabetes with the Pacific Biometrics Research team. The walk and fundraiser occurs every year, get involved. Seward Park hosted the event and there was once again a great turnout.

RHS Football

REDMOND FOOTBALL 2007:
Redmond High School Football came to and end for the season with an exciting win over Inglemoor High School. The team finished 5-4 just shy of a playoff birth. Ben completed his 4th year of coaching quarterbacks and this years QB David Gilbertson returns next season for his Sr. year.

Footzone 5K 2007
Redmond Physical Therapy for the fourth year in a row excited to participate and support the Redmond Footzone in their hosting of the annual 5K at Redmond Town Center. The 2007 FZ5K year proceeds went to support fir e fighters in the region.

Redmond Derby Days: Redmond PT handed out Frisbees in support of the city of Redmond's big event. Thank you to the many participants that were in the parade as well as the volunteers that make the event so special.

Redmond Physical Therapy Supported the 2006 Jingle Bell Run. Proceeds went to the arthritis foundation.
RHS Football RHS Football 2006:
Ben finished another successful season with Redmond High School working as a quarterbacks coach and trainer. The Mustangs finished 6-4 and were eliminated from the playoffs by Tahoma High School who later lost to fellow Kingco team Woodinville. Congrats to Bothell High School for their appearance in the state championship game.

FOOT ZONE 5K 2006:
Ken and Ben handed out information and waterbottles to participants and spectators at Footzone 5K at Redmond Town Center. This is Redmond Physical Therapy's 3rd year participating in the local Fundraiser.

Derby Days 06

REDMOND DERBY DAYS 2006:
Ken Crinklaw will be handing out waterbottles and information during the Derby days festivities. The event takes place Saturday, July 8th between 9:00-11:00am. All events finish at the Redmond City Hall.

REDMOND ELEMENTARY HAWK WALK 2006:
Ken and Sarah Crinklaw finished the 5th annual Hawk Walk to support Redmond Elementary and the PTSA. Ken and Sarah handed out fruit, watter-bottles, and answered orthopedic and musculoskeleton questions of runners and walkers. Redmond Physical Therapy is excited to help support the local schools and all of the great programs they offer to students and families.

St. Patty's Day Dash

ST. PATTY'S DASH 2006:
Mandie Majerus completed the St. Patty's dash on the 12th of March. The run consisted of a 5K course which meandered through downtown Seattle ending at Seahawks Stadium. Look for future running events to be listed on the Redmond Physical Therapy Homepage as well as on our Running page.

REDMOND ATHLETIC CLUB HEALTH FAIR 2006:
Ken Crinklaw and Ben Wobker finished the 2006 Health Fair at the Redmond Athletic club. Ben and Ken answered general questions about injuries and prevention. It was also a chance to meet with great trainers and friends.

REMOND HIGH SCHOOL VOLUNTEER TRAINER 2005-2006:
Ben Wobker recently finished the winter highschool sports season at Redmond High School. He participated as a team trainer for the Boys/Girls Basketball teams and the Wrestling team. It was a great opportunity to meet with coaches, athletes, and parents and give back to his old high school. Ben still participates in sports-screening for coaches at Redmond High School and he looks forward to a successful football season in 2006.

Seattle Marathon

Mandie Majerus of Redmond Physical Therapy finished the Seattle Marathon with flying colors. Congratulations Mandie!

Footzone 5k 05 Footzone 5K 2005
Redmond Physical Therapy was excited to participate and support in the 2005 Footzone 5K. The race took place at Redmond Town Center and involved amateur athletes, highschool teams, and serious runners training for future events. Redmond Physical Therapy for the second year in a row had a table and handed out waterbottles and advice to runners and passers-by after the race. We look forward to next years race and the upcoming Seattle Marathon.

Hawk Walk 2005
Redmond Physical Therapy is proud to announce the completion of the 2005 Redmond Elementary Fundraising event entitled the "Hawk Walk". Redmond Physical Therapy had a informational booth at the fundraiser on Saturday beginning at Redmond Town Center.
Pure Impact Ken Crinklaw of Redmond Physical Therapy and Joanne Foreman of Pure Impact begin Golf Training program to help golfers improve performance and prevent injury through the Pure Impact Golf Program. Joanne has years as a teaching pro which can help propel athletes both physically and mentally to the next level of their golf game. ASO Redmond High School 2004
Redmond Physical Therapy fit ASO ankle braces Saturday, November 6th , 2004 from 8:00am-10:00am. These are the #1 brace for ankle stability and those worn by the Remond High School Girls basketball team. The brace fitting was a very popular event last year and we will fit braces while supplies last. For directions to the clinic (click here). RHS football Redmond Football 2004
Redmond High School finished the 2004 football season Friday night with a convincing win vs Roosevelt High School (21-14). The win gave the Mustang's and new head coach Mike Plushke a record of 4 wins / 5 losses and strong momentum heading into the 05' campaign. Ben Wobker coached quarterbacks at Redmond this year alongside fellow RHS quarterback alumni, Cameron Fricks. Look for the RHS quarterbacks to have a strong off-season and with the help of talented sophomores and juniors return the football program to Kingco division dominance.
Ben & Clyde Footzone 5K 2004
Redmond Physical Therapy is excited to announce the completion of it's first race. The Footzone 5K took place in August at Redmond Town Center. Ken and Sarah Crinklaw oversaw the dispersion of water bottles, nutritional information, and fruit. Ben Wobker and Clyde Arias ran the race and still were able to make it to work on Monday. Thank you to all race participants and sponsors especially the Foot Zone. It was a great day for all the runners and even better for the Leukemia and Lymphoma societies which received the proceeds of the sponsorship and race related revenue.

Redmond Derby Days 2004
Redmond Derby Days 2004 was a big success. Redmond Physical Therapy celebrated by giving away free water bottles courtesy of RPT and The Footzone. Over 400 people stopped by our large maroon tent which was set up in front of our office adjacent to the race and parade route.
