Co-pays and Co-Insurance:

This is the amount of monies due at the time of service as required by your health insurance contract. In the current healthcare system co-pays are very common and nearly all plans require one. If a plan does not have a co-pay it may institute a co-insurance payment. What this means that for the services rendered the patient may be responsible for a percentage of the insurance companies contracted rate. We currently collect $15.00 per visit to cover the balance of your therapy and all overpayments will be refunded in a timely fashion.  If you have further questions feel free to contact the Redmond Physical Therapy staff at (425)-881-3001.
