Orthotic Return Policy

There is a 6 month warranty on the shell of the orthotic as per manufacturer*. Redmond Physical Therapy offers a 30-day adjustment policy for free modifications to the orthotic. After 30 days of wear, a patient must schedule an appointment which will have patient fees.
